Our core business
The sale of new imported agricultural machinery is the core business activity of Ekotechnika AG. The most important product groups are tractors, self-propelled forage harvesters and pulled equipment.
The range is complemented by state-of-the-art precision farming technology to provide farmers with the machines for all production stages, from sowing to harvesting. In the fiscal year 2021/2022, the New Machinery segment accounted for 55% of total sales revenues. Initially, the most important partner and main supplier was John Deere & Company, which, however, had suspended its deliveries in Russia as a result of the escalation of the Russia-Ukraine conflict. The Ekotechnika group therefore had to turn to other brands and suppliers, both from Russia and abroad.
The product portfolio is complemented by other world-renowned suppliers such as JCB UK (telescopic handlers), Väderstad (tillage equipment) and Grimme (potato harvesting equipment). In 2022, Ekotechnika also started selling road construction and municipal machinery and equipment, including the UMG, Russia, and MST, Turkey, brands.
